We prioritize the safety and quality of our products. Our shipping parameters are designed to balance efficiency with food safety standards.

Delivery Lead Times

Destination Zone Delivery Time Product Constraints & Courier Protocol
Quezon City (Select Areas) Same-Day (Cut-off: 5:00 PM PHT) All items. Ideal for frozen and highly perishable goods.
NCR / Metro Manila Same-Day to Next-Day Dispatched via specialized cold-chain or standard couriers based on product type.
Provincial 3 to 7 Days Perishables are restricted and may require specialized shipping rates to ensure integrity.
International 15 to 60 Days Strictly restricted to shelf-stable, non-perishable goods compliant with destination customs.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Operating Schedule: Orders are processed Monday through Saturday. All orders placed on Sundays are processed on the next business day.

  • Tracking Notifications: Customers will receive a tracking link or rider dispatch SMS immediately upon the order leaving our Quezon City hub.

This version prioritizes action-oriented reading, breaking the policy down by operational phases rather than a grid.

  • Quezon City (Select Areas): Same-Day Delivery. Orders must be placed before 5:00 PM PHT. This is the optimal routing for frozen and highly perishable items.

  • NCR / Metro Manila: Same-Day to Next-Day Delivery. Carrier selection (cold-chain vs. standard) is automatically assigned based on your product type.

  • Provincial: 3 to 7 Days. Frozen or perishable items are subject to restrictions or specialized shipping rates to maintain product integrity.

  • International: 15 to 60 Days. Restricted entirely to shelf-stable, non-perishable goods that comply with destination agricultural and customs regulations.

Processing & Dispatch Protocol

  • Processing Days: Monday to Saturday. (Sunday orders roll over to the next business day).

  • Tracking: A live tracking link or rider SMS is sent as soon as your package departs our Quezon City hub.
